2.3 Registration Accuracy. Any funds deposited via payment methods that operate in alternative currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction; any conversion fees are the Player's responsibility.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees). 55pk does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are entirely outside 55pk's control.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are processed within 90 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within the same business day, subject to standard inter-bank clearing timescales. 55pk is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider after a withdrawal has been dispatched from the 55pk system.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the 55pk account holder. 55pk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Any active Bonus Credits that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request unless the Player has separately maintained a sufficient real-money balance to cover the withdrawal amount.
4.5 Responsibility for Accuracy. 5.1 General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all Bonus Credits awarded by 55pk are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those bonus credits become eligible for withdrawal. 5.4 Expiry. Bonus Credits that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's balance without compensation.
6.1 Game Integrity. 8.1 Platform Ownership. In any event, 55pk's maximum aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. 55pk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, war, civil unrest, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of third-party service providers.
12.1 Termination by 55pk. 55pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 55pk reasonably believes that: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; (c) the Player poses a money-laundering or fraud risk; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose 55pk to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your 55pk account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure of an account at a Player's request, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Credits that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
12.3 Survival. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive any termination of a Player's account or these Terms & Conditions.

14.2 Notice of Material Changes.
